Questions 

 

1: How many hours do I have to put in to the on-line programmes

Time inputted depends on what results you are looking to achieve, each plan suggests 5 workout days and 2 rest days.  The workouts are 30-45 mins in duration.

A typical week timetable includes:

3 x strength & cardio sessions (1.5hrs  )

1 x strength day (45 min session)

1 x cardio day (30-45 min session)

As programs are personalised around your life, we can work on a 2 day training week, 3 day, 4 day, 5 day  and 6 day .

 

2) I live on the other side of the world, how would my Zoom 1:1 work ? 

As with all clients, from all countries, time zones will be taken into consideration when booking your 1:1.  For many who are in the southern hemisphere, your 1:1`s will be predominately early morning / pre work times.

 

3) I have a pre existing injury / recovering from injury , can I sign up.  

As with anyone recovering from injury, you will be required to provide a medical certificate that allows you to undertake exercise

 

4) I have allergies and or food intolerance, do your nutrition and diets programs allow 

All intolerances and allergies are taken into account when signing up to the Commit program and nutrition only program

 

5) Do you train men as well as women 

Yes

 

6) I have signed up to 24 weeks but wish to change to 12 weeks, is this possible? 

Unfortunately refunds are not given after your sign up and you have received your tailored program.  There is a 7 day cooling off period when you pay for your service (before you have received any programme) .  Once you begin your program no refunds are given .

 

7) I have a holiday during my 6/12/8/24 week program can I take my fortnightly 1:1 on another week ? 

Holidays and postponing / changing 1:1 sessions will depend on space availability

 

8) I am a shift worker or I work unusual hours, my 1:1 does it have to be the same time / day every fortnight? 

The short answer is yes, however, considerations are made for shift workers and during sign up 1:1 times will be discussed

 

9) How long is the 1:1 PT session 

Sessions are 45 mins, they include 5 min warm up, session and 10 min cool down.  Clients are requested to be ready 5 mins prior to start time, a link will be emailed.  If clients are delayed for any reason, session will be reduced by the time.
