Commit To Be Fit 6 week On-Line
I signed up to the 6 weeks Commit To Be Fit program with the aim to feel more comfortable in my clothes as well as create a sustainable healthy lifestyle that I could continue to pursue once the 6 weeks were over. The information and logbook Claire provides are brilliant in allowing you to keep track of food, weight and fitness. Progress is measured in a variety of ways, and it's so refreshing to meet a Personal Trainer that doesn't just focus on what the scales say but rather your mindset and fitness levels. The check-ins each week are a perfect motivational boost and allows any questions or concerns to be answered. Overall, Claire is inspiring, motivational and encourages you to stretch and push yourself that little bit more each week whilst ensuring you are still having fun. She has been a fantastic trainer and her continuous positive encouragement can't help but put a smile on your face, even if your legs are burning!
One to One
So far I have done a couple of PT sessions, with many more booked in, and have also just started going to the boot camp classes. I absolutely LOVE it, and that is really saying something because I have never really been a fan of exercise! Both the group classes and one-to-one sessions incorporate a range of activities so you never get bored and Claire is so positive and enthusiastic, it is contagious. She is an excellent motivator which pushes you to do a little more than you thought you were able to. Already, I feel stronger and I look forward to each session. The boxercise is my absolute fave - great for stress relief!!! I could not recommend Claire more.
Group Class
‘I have been taking group ‘bootcamp’ lessons with Claire for the last year. I love her fun energy and her enthusiasm for life, her classes are social and you always end up laughing a lot. It gives me the get up and go that I need to keep motivated. She always takes care to feedback to every member of the group and comes up with new ‘fun’ ways to make us work harder!’
